On average a chipotle meal will be between 1000-14000 calories which can pack a punch on the waist but most of us will agree that it tastes amazing. So how to eat healthy at chipotle:
1. Burrito Bowl: Cuts 450 calories. YES 450 calories in the tortilla.
2. Eat light rice ecpecialy with a bowl because they try to stuff it up with rice.
3. Chicken - NO EXTRA MEAT!!!
4. Fajita veggies- Fajita veggies are better then beans in terms of calories but beans can serve as a good dietary supplement.
5. Corn- not to harmfull ads flavor.
6. Add some of the salsa which tends to be a nutritious and low on calories
7. Very little to no cheese and sour cream - it is better to get none because of the bad of flavor to calorie ration associated with cheese and sour cream. you can do without it.
8. Lettuce doesn't really matter if you want it get it.
9. IMPORTANT: no chips and guacamole on the side which can be an extra whopping 710 calories
